The Prosciutterie IE Group food service project originates in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region and specifically in San Daniele. With a strong presence in Udine, Grado and Cortina too, it now arrives in Palmanova Village with the new Caffetteria Bakery. Perfect for a break at any time, every day of the week, it offers delicious breakfasts with baked goods from the Dall’Ava Bakery, as well as midday and evening meals in which the quality of the raw materials and artisan processes bring to life gourmet dishes featuring local ingredients of the very highest quality. All the products served in the new Caffetteria Bakery can also be bought by guests in the shop area.
