When and where will the Halloween event take place?
The event will take place on Saturday 31 October at Palmanova Designer Village, in Piazza A.
The afternoon will get under way at 1pm with the first activities for children, followed at 3:30pm by the DinsiemE Live Show. Afterwards, there will be a signing session for the new album “SuperMEGADISCO”.
Is the event free? Do I need a ticket or booking?
The event is completely free and open to all. You don’t need to buy a ticket or book to enter the square and watch the show or take part in the activities.
Will there be seating?
No seating will be provided for the general public.
Will there be a designated area for people with disabilities?
Yes, a designated area has been set up. Places reserved for people with disabilities can be booked, subject to availability, by contacting the Infopoint by telephone or email.
How does the signing event work and who can attend?
After the Live Show, there will be an official signing event for DinsiemE’s new album, “SuperMEGADISCO”.
During the event, fans will be able to meet DinsiemE in person, have their photo taken with them and get their new album signed.
Access to the meet-and-greet and signing will be granted exclusively to people with copies of the new album “SuperMEGADISCO”.
You can bring the album from home, if you’ve already purchased it, or buy it on the day of the event at the stall set up for this purpose.
Presenting DinsiemE books, games or other merchandise does not guarantee access to the signing event or the meet-and-greet with the artists.
Any further requests for access will be evaluated exclusively by the organisers to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
Admission to the Live Show remains free and open to all.
Can I take part in the signing event with a DinsiemE book or the “MegaGame” board game?
Priority will be given to owners of the new album “SuperMEGADISCO”.
Access to the signing event with an official DinsiemE book or the “MegaGame” board game – provided they aren’t already signed – can only be considered after the signing session for album owners is complete.
Whether this is a possibility or not will depend on the number of people at the event and the time actually available. Admission with products other than the album is not therefore guaranteed.
How is the queue for the signing event managed?
Before the show starts, numbered tickets will be handed out to organise the queue and manage access to the signing event.
When the tickets are handed out, priority will be given to people with a copy of the new album “SuperMEGADISCO”.
Receiving a numbered ticket serves purely organisational purposes and does not automatically guarantee a meeting with the artists, which will depend on their availability and the number of people attending.
Can I bring the album from home, or do I have to buy it at the Village?
You can bring the new album “SuperMEGADISCO” from home, provided it isn’t already signed.
Anyone who doesn’t have a copy of the album can buy it on the day of the event at the stand set up for this purpose in Piazza A, while stocks last.
The access arrangements and priority will be the same for both those bringing the album from home and those buying it directly in the Village.
If I don’t own a copy of the “SuperMEGADISCO” album, can I still attend the show?
Of course you can! The DinsiemE Live Show is free and open to everyone, regardless of whether you’ve bought the album or any other official merchandise.
You only need to own the album to gain access to the signing.
Can children come in fancy dress?
Absolutely! We look forward to seeing you in your favourite Halloween costume to make the party even more special.
What other activities are planned?
From 1pm, children can have fun painting their faces, while our little witches will roam the Village streets and hand out sweets to liven up the mood.
